  • Notice that the rightwingers always attack the strength of their opponents. Bill Cllinton was a god as far as politics go, and so they attack him every chance they get, even today. They went after him about 9 years ago by paying millions of dollars to Ken Starr to find some dirt on him.

  • That's simply not true. Postponing the debates, where we can all learn who is more qualified, would most likely lend to McCain getting elected, which means 4 more years of Bush.

  • One difference b/w Obama and McCain: Obama does stutter when getting started up talking, but the things he says make a lot of sense, and he is highly intellectual, as he is thinking about how to help his country.

  • McCain said himself that he knows very little about the economy. McCain has a few things that are haunting him going into tonight. He said the economy had strong fundamentals a week ago. He didn't read the 3 page proposal until 2 days ago. He can not win this debate, and we all know it.

  • That's not true. There are many undecideds. I am convinced that anyone who doesn't want a debate is pulling for McCain. Everyone knows he fears debating tonight. He proved it with his hoax this week.

  • You don't get it. By worrying about the debate and getting the right man elected, we are being proactive about the future economy. You have to think past the present. If the wrong man gets elected, our economy will stay the same as the Bush years. Which is poor.

  • The thing is that this country has had an economic crisis going on for a while now, with high unemployment, insane health care costs, a war in the wrong country that is soaking up our money, a president who represents big oil and high gas prices, etc.
